John Driver — Chairman & CEO

John acquired PacketVideo’s North American and European operations in 2015 and their Japan Connected Home Business in 2016 through his 100% owned company, JM Driver LLC (whose market-facing name is Lynx Technology). John was previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at PacketVideo. Prior to PacketVideo, he was Co-Founder & CEO of JoynIn, a mobile commerce technology start-up. He also led global field marketing at Serena, a $275M enterprise software company, where he managed marketing teams across eight countries. John also led the enterprise & mid-market strategy team at Sun Microsystems, a $13B enterprise computer hardware & software company (since acquired by Oracle), across 15 global sales regions. John received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. John works in the San Diego headquarters office.

 

Doug Pearson — Chief Financial Officer

Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Lynx Technology, Doug Pearson joined PacketVideo in 2005 as Director of Finance. He has worked for more than 20 years in the technology industry, working with various worldwide operations in the U.S., Canada, Korea, Japan, India, Finland, Switzerland and Germany. Doug is responsible for Lynx Technology’s accounting, business support, finance, treasury and tax functions. Doug received his B.S. degree in Business from San Diego State University and he is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Doug works in the San Diego headquarters office.
